ADVERTISEMENTS: All ads must be submitted "print ready" in PSD, AI or JPEG format. Ads and photographs must be in high resolution no less than 400 dpi. File size limit should not exceed 25MB. All ads must be saved using a color setup for CMYK-(CMYK: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black). A good rule of thumb is anything dealing with the web should always be in RGB and printed material should be in CMYK color settings. Our printer uses CMYK process. 

Electronic submissions (email are preferred) for the ads. The page will be 5.5"x8.5", but the actual ad should be about 4.5"x7.5" to accommodate the gutter and margins. Each page of your ad must be submitted as an individual electronic file. (e.g. "ryansad.jpg", "caseyad.jpg" etc.) Just list your name and catalog order in the email. You can send an ad via electronic media or (CD) by mail, but no ad material will be returned. I will do my best to put the ads in the order you want them, but I cannot guarantee right and left side pages. Ads will not be processed until order form and funds are received. 

Any ad requiring excessive editorial work may be subject to $50 up-charge. Layout services are available for an additional charge of $100 on top of the ad fee. High quality photo and text must be provided.
